ABOUT

BIO

I’m Alessandro Cuscinà, but everyone has always called me KUSH. I’m a producer and sound engineer deeply rooted in hardware gear, synths, and vintage culture, with a longstanding weak spot for electric guitars and effect pedals.

Over the years, I have explored music across different live and studio settings, starting with 8-bit sets using a Commodore 64 and Game Boy, moving through theatrical electro-reading collaborations, and later developing hybrid electronic-guitar live acts that took me to the Ypsigrock stage.

This journey is driven by a tactile bond with instruments, where hardware hunting serves an evolving sonic aesthetic and deep personal satisfaction.

I balance playing guitar, bass & synths in underground live projects with studio work, focusing on production, sound design, mix & mastering, and remixes, alongside technical consulting for hardware live set-ups.

Techno Roulette originally started as a home for my improvised YouTube jams: live-recorded, hardware-only techno and acid house sessions where the only rule was to let the machines speak.
Today, this space is the archive of my sound, the hub for my releases, and the base for future collaborations.

I gladly embrace imperfection with a lo-fi attitude, prioritizing raw expression and a therapeutic outlet within this loop of techno roulette.
